The original Death from my tarot deck.

The Death card is about change, transformation, and the paths that open when something comes to an end. Rather than focusing on the fear of what is being lost, my interpretation asks us to look beyond the ending and consider what it makes possible. The end of a relationship, a career, a project, or even an old way of thinking can be painful, but it can also create the space for something new.

Change is inevitable, but we don't have to let fear dictate where it takes us. The Death card encourages us to acknowledge what we're feeling, take the time we need to find our footing, and then look for the opportunities waiting on the other side.

This is the original painting created for the tarot deck, the actual artwork used to create the card, rather than a print or reproduction.

The painting is ready to find a new home with someone who connects with her.
