By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
 

About Submerged Studio

Submerged Studio is an independent art studio offering original artwork, prints, illustrated works, and other creative products and content.

Product availability, pricing, editions, and other details may change as the studio's work and offerings evolve.
 

Artwork and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to represent artwork and products accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, and display settings.

Original and handmade artwork may contain variations inherent to the materials and artistic process. These are part of the work and are not considered defects.

Product dimensions and other measurements are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.
 

Original Artwork

Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, the purchase of an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with the artist or applicable rights holder.

Purchasing an original does not grant the buyer the right to reproduce, publish, distribute, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from the artwork.

Some original artwork may have been created for or licensed to third parties. Purchase of the physical original does not alter those existing intellectual property or licensing arrangements.
 

Prints and Editions

Print listings will identify whether an edition is open or limited when applicable.

Limited editions are produced only in the stated edition size and will not be reprinted as the same edition after the edition has sold out.

Limited-edition prints may be signed and numbered as described in the individual listing.
 

Frames and Display Materials

Prints are generally sold unframed unless a listing specifically states otherwise.

When an original artwork is shipped with a frame or other protective display material, that material may be included primarily to protect the artwork during storage or transportation.

Unless specifically identified as part of the artwork or included as part of the sale, frames are not guaranteed to be included and should not be considered part of the purchase price.
 

Pricing

Prices shown on the Submerged Studio website are the current retail prices offered by the studio and may change for future purchases.

A price change does not alter the price of an order that has already been completed.

Promotional pricing or benefits offered through a membership, patron program, payment arrangement, event, or other specific program may be subject to separate terms.
 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless another payment arrangement has been expressly offered.

Submerged Studio accepts the payment methods made available through the website at checkout.

Payment-plan options may be available for qualifying purchases over $100. Availability and terms may vary depending on the purchase and payment method.

We do not accept personal checks unless specifically arranged in advance.
 

Shipping

Submerged Studio currently ships website orders within the United States only.

In-stock items generally ship within 1–2 weeks unless otherwise stated in the product listing or communicated to the buyer.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Oversized, unusually heavy, fragile, or otherwise difficult-to-ship artwork may require special delivery arrangements or a custom shipping quote. When applicable, this will be identified in the listing or communicated before fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
 

Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems

All sales are final, except when an item arrives damaged or the incorrect item was sent.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Submerged Studio promptly through the website's Contact page. Photographs of the item and packaging may be requested so we can document the problem and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please retain the artwork and its original packaging while a damage claim is being addressed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, differences in screen color representation, or other reasons unrelated to damage or an incorrect shipment.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
 

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, the artwork, illustrations, photographs, written material, designs, logos, graphics, and other original content displayed on this website are owned by Submerged Studio, the individual artist, or an applicable rights holder.

Some artwork displayed by Submerged Studio may be subject to licenses or agreements with publishers, manufacturers, collaborators, or other third parties.

Content on this website may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, commercially used, modified, used to create derivative products, or otherwise exploited without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Purchasing an artwork or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
 

Personal and Noncommercial Viewing

Visitors are welcome to view and enjoy the work displayed on the Submerged Studio website for personal, noncommercial purposes.

Access to an image through this website does not constitute permission to reproduce or use that image elsewhere.

If you are interested in licensing artwork or obtaining permission for a particular use, please contact Submerged Studio.
 

Member Accounts

Some areas or features of the website may allow or require visitors to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Member features, benefits, and available content may change as the website develops.
