Strength is about learning to hold your emotions with a gentle hand. Anger, grief, excitement, joy, fear, and loneliness are all part of being human. My interpretation of this card is not about suppressing those feelings or allowing them to take control, but about giving yourself permission to feel them while learning how to express them in healthy ways.
 
When emotions become overwhelming, sometimes the strongest thing you can do is stop, breathe, and give yourself a moment to understand what you're feeling and why. Balance doesn't mean feeling less. It means allowing yourself to experience the full range of your emotions without letting them dictate your actions.
